Appointments are referred to as ‘lessons’ because it is an educational approach. And as with any learning, it’s a two-way thing. I love helping people make their lives better. As my client, you have my full support. I will do my best to help guide you in between our sessions.
During sessions, you will gain tools and skills that will stand to you for the rest of your life; You may very well discover the cause of the aches and pains in your life. It’s also possible to overcome anxieties, fears and limiting behaviours that often accompany physical issues. Whatever you want to work on, you get to choose.

How many lessons are necessary?
That entirely depends on what you want to get out of it. Some people just want relief and many will feel the benefit after one or two sessions. For some, that’s enough for them.
Some people have their lives affected by chronic pain and want to see the end of it, so they continue taking lessons as long as they feel they are making progress.
Everyone is different, and it’s entirely up to you where you want to go with it. Though I often recommend a course of six sessions in order to get a solid benefit that will bring long-term results.
